A toll-free Customer Service Hot-line is available during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to answer and resolve any questions you may have with the software.

System Enhancements

From time to time, SBSI will provide enhancements or refinements to the installed software at no charge to our Users. These refinements may be industry or government mandated changes, technology changes, or User suggested enhancements.

Web Hosting

For the online software products (eClassTrak, eSiteTrak and ePayTrak), Web hosting service is on a high-speed Internet e-commerce server with automatic data backup and security management. All data processing and history will be kept on a central server and will automatically be backed up daily, weekly and monthly.

Training

We will thoroughly train you and your staff on the use of the software over the phone at your convenience (date and time). We will also advise you on how to design your data for optimum functionality.
