The SiteTrak software module is a Windows-based software module designed to schedule and track facility usage. It quickly and easily schedules space in one or more locations, eliminating the threat of a scheduling conflict. Data is entered only once, and may be retrieved by the event, the client, or the date, as required. Our customers use SiteTrak to successfully schedule everything from classrooms, gyms, and ball fields to vehicles and equipment...for single-date, single-room events or for multi-date multi-space events lasting more than a year.
Scheduling Functions:
- Displays space use, in calendar format, for a building or a specific space in a building
- Maintains a list of Clients that have reserved space
- Maintains a list of Events for which a Client has reserved space
- Easily schedules Events with single or multiple dates, based on Client's needs
- Single meeting only
- Multiple days by the week (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri for 3 weeks)
- Multiple days by the month (e.g. second Tuesday of every month for 12 months)
Additional scheduling functions:
- Displays potential space locations to be selected based on type of space, building and availability
- Lists Equipment and associated charges, if needed, and/or Special Charges, if required
- Calculates rental charges, if any, based on space type, client type and how space will be used
- Displays amount due if client pays only a partial amount of charges due

- Tracks participant hours
- Tracks numbers of participants
