eClassTrak - SACC 2.0 Updates:

  • Ability to mark a program as child care or preschool in the program maintenance screen.
  • In the case of child care, can setup holiday overrides in the program maintenance screen.
  • New feature called accounting center has been introduced.  This allows setup of different billing/collection dates for care and preschool programs.
  • For care new fee categories introduced:

o   Daily Fee - The back office can setup a different fee 5 day care, 4 day care and so on

o   Monthly fee - Back office can setup a fixed monthly fee for 5 days, 5 days and so on

o   Weekly fee - Back office can setup a fixed weekly fee for 5 days, 5 days and so on

o   Hourly Fee - Per hour fee can be configured with the ability for 15, 30 roundup.  A grace period feature is also available.

  • In the case of preschool, the back office now has the ability to configure the amount payable for each month.  Like child care there can be a different monthly rate for 5 day preschool and 4 day preschool. No need to have a separate session.  The amount payable the first month can be different from the final amount.
  • In the case of child care, the back office can setup different max seats for each day of the week.
