eClassTrak 2.0 Updates:
1. Save and Save and Publish for program, category, class and session
"Save Only" saves the record, data will not be visible in the shopper side. "Save and Publish" displays it in the shopper side. A published program/category etc can be unpublished.
2. All back office screens have a "more option" link.
In the back office a search criteria entered is maintained i.e. a back office editing a class can leave that screen, search for a shopper and then come back and quickly edit the class without having to reenter the search criteria.
3. Ability to make program, category, class or session inactive
4. Single click to access sessions associated with a class
5. Can cancel sessions from the class maintenance screen
6. Can associate multiple categories with a class. For e.g. class swim can be linked to category adult enrichment and youth enrichment. No need to create multiple classes under each category
7. Can create a fee category and mark it available only for employees.
8. Separate registration start/end dates for employees and general public.
9. Multiple enrollment fee options. Enrollment fee for each child, a family rate i.e. 1st child amount and family rate and Sliding scale enrollment fee i.e. 1st child, 2nd child and 3 and more child rate. This can be configured at the session level.
10. In case of care if there is a deposit, the back office can decide when to apply the deposit 1st billing or last billing cycle.
11. Reports will have headers printed in all pages.
12. Reports can be exported to excel, PDF
13. Back office can configure how many days to maintain a shopping cart
